Here’s a quick look at what’s been happening over the last few months at She For Change Community- 

• We are 400+ members strong across major Indian cities and from the US, Europe, Asia, and African countries and are gearing up to take the community spirit to 1000+ women in the development sector by December 2022.

• we have members working with and affiliated with 112 social impact organisations including Sattva Consulting, Feminism in India, Goodera, Breakthrough India, Verra, The Gender Security Project, Uninhibited, Global Equality Matters, Internet Freedom Foundation, Daasra, GAME and UN Women to name a few.

• we now have 32 amazing women professionals who can offer their expertise and consultancy to any impact organisation with expertise across diversity & inclusion, social entrepreneurship, communications strategy, program management, impact evaluation etc  

• We enabled She For Change Academy recently with organisations like The Outcast Collective, NETRI, MindClan, ManoShala, and The Blahcksheep (and many more) offering their upskilling/training of trainers programs with 30-50% Member’s-only scholarship. We aim to be able to offer 50+ such amazing curated programs to our members by December 2022.

• we will soon launch Career Accelerator Program with CXOs as part of our flagship to help our members upskill, and get mentored in new and relevant ways.

• 95+ Full-time Job Opportunities exchanged between members

• 22 Funding Opportunities exchanged between members

• 10 Fellowship Opportunities shared

• 134 members have asked for community support and offered support to each other.
